Married with two children. Wife is Marilyn.

Executive Director, Kansas Taxpayers Network. I have been in this position almost 15 years.

I have served 8 years on the Wichita Public Library Board (1995-2003) and as treasurer, secretary, and chaired the finance committee. Previously I served on two separate Citizens Participation Organization (CPO) with the city of Wichita. CPO's were the predecessor organization to today's DAB boards and were elected in each city council ward/district.

In 2006 I was elected as a committeeman in precinct 522 in west Wichita. I have also been involved in tax referendum elections in this community for many years.
